as the leaves fall

under skies
cobalt blue
the leaves fall

in hues of
orange, red
yellow, brown

and my heart
thinks of you
that last kiss

now fading
away like
summer’s bliss

  4. Your poem is beautiful. 'that last kiss now fading away like
summer’s bliss' ... took me back to last October remembering as the love of my life passed away. Sad yes, but I am left with the loveliest of memories.
