summer sets

the summer sun sets
as our ending becomes real
I weep with the stars
wish I wasn’t such a fool
and knew true love wasn’t you

wishing upon stars

we wrote poems to the stars
with such melodies
we seduced the moon into
our waiting arms with a kiss

Tanka poems

in dreams we tango
to sultry beats with our feet
your tender kisses

 “at sunrise”

soft like rose petals
he warms her with caresses
kisses like honey
they lounge on soft cotton sheets
as the rising sun greets them
