The Eiffel Tower in Paris
taken on 6/28/15 by Arcadia Maria
we lounged on the grass
watching the Eiffel Tower
light up the night sky
it is a sight to behold
at least once in your life
with your hand in mine
I wish I could freeze time
and stay in this moment
for eternity
Freeze the moment & time- that is an amazing sight ~
ReplyDeleteOh, freeze the moment! Lovely.
ReplyDeleteJane
Never been there but would love to be frozen...
ReplyDeleteKind regards
Anna :o]
Anyone who has seen the Eiffel Tower at night would want to 'freeze time'! I remember the first time in Paris and looking up at it in the daytime and thinking 'Wow!' - but when I went back at night, it took my breath away - like your stunning snapshot!
ReplyDeleteI think the magic to be there.. in something that sounds like a summer's night is a magic I would like to live.
ReplyDeletePerfect!
ReplyDeletememories are made of this! I like how you inferred cold night and freezing time
ReplyDeleteTime can be frozen in a poem such as this but let us not freeze time itself for there are many more moments to come.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely picture! And the poem matches it well.
ReplyDeletei must say
ReplyDeletei would love
to see the Eiffel
tower all lit up at
niGht
but the
wife.. oh
no.. her
OCD
would
say it's
crooked i gotta
get out of here and
