a morning with you

a morning with you
beats any holiday
cuddling in your arms is,
dare I say, heavenly
everyone may say I’m a
fool in love, but that’s okay

- Written for dVerse Meeting The Bar:School Days where we are tasked in writing an alphabet sestet.  This was a bit harder than I imagined, but I imagined to come up with this one.

  14. Ah, so romantic to be a fool in love! I love the simplicity of your sestet and the happiness in every word, the lack of capitalization and ending punctuation, which gives it this feeling of a love thought popping up and being treasured.
