DeleteI like the crossed metaphor of the sleeping dogs and the pink elephant. I can see it all, clearly. I wish the future was that clear of an image, but we will get there. There is love. And there is poetry.

DeleteWe have a saying here that "there is dog buried here", to mean that something is not right (usually a lie)... which made me think that might have been the root to what happened.
