a rose once bloomed

memories were stored

now diminished into shadows
this
heart carries tears
left
behind after heartbreak
after
we lost the sun
leaving
on the moonlight
this
heart carries a dream
that
never bore fruit
it
remains an unripe seed
spending
eternity in the dark
