rich

rich was how I described 
the double chocolate cake
that brought heaven to my tongue 
yes I was on a diet but you only
live once or twice like James Bond
so why deny myself such riches
when it can be all gone tomorrow

    Or as Anthony Bourdain said, your body is not a temple it is an amusement park, enjoy the ride. And you need to indulge a little every once in awhile!

    Yes! Indulge in moderation. I too have started a new "way of eating". Looking forward to a treat soon. It will most definitely be chocolate cake. The richer, the better.
