Ah.....you've captured the essence of anxiety well. The always-looking-out-for-that-which-will-spoil-the-goodness-you-don't-even-see-all-around-you response. That is indeed anxiety.
ReplyDeleteTherapists suggest instead, "expect the best." Quite a different aura to carry around with you than anxiety.
